- Pay-as-You-Train – Spread your tuition into smaller, weekly installments while attending classes.
- Available for Select Programs – Offered for our CPT I Phlebotomy Full Course and EMT Hybrid Course.
- Simple Enrollment – Requires only a registration fee and an initial down payment to get started.

Community Discounts
To support those who serve our communities and demonstrate commitment to their education, HealthCareerU proudly offers a variety of tuition discounts.
Current Discounts Include:
- Group Signups – $50 off per student when registering together.
- Military & Veterans – $50 tuition discount for those who have served or are currently serving.
- Healthcare Employees – $50 off for current healthcare employees working in hospitals, clinics, or labs.
- Pay-in-Full Savings – $50 discount for students who pay tuition in full before class begins.
- Prior Students – $500 off for prior HealthCareerU/PhlebotomyU Phlebotomy Full Course and EMT Hybrid Course students.
A maximum of two discounts may be applied per student and are only available for the Full Course.

To finalize enrollment and secure your place in class, please prepare and submit the following documentation:
- Valid government-issued photo ID (must include date of birth)
- Proof of U.S. high school education or equivalent
(Accepted forms: high school transcript, GED, HiSET, CHSPE, or recognized equivalent) - English proficiency (required for all courses)
